Paint Schedule for the week of April 26th.

The painters are "kicking into high gear" beginning Tuesday, April 27th. Here is what will be happening:

Painters will be everywhere inside the building and beginning on the exterior of the town homes facing 4th. Avenue South.

For Town home residents only:

Do remove all window screens facing 4th. Avenue South (if you do not remove your screens the painters are not responsible for any damage to the screens).

Interior Hallways and Doors:

Interior of all hallways will begin to be pressured washed and painting will begin on Tuesday, April 27th- Please watch your step coming outside your unit.

All front doors units will be painted. The painters will knock on your door before they begin painting your door. If you want to have your entire door painted you will need to be home to watch your door for approximately 3 hours of drying time. If you are not home your door will be painted but the inside of the frame will not.
