The Honda Grand Prix auto race will begin on Friday, March 23rd. Please make sure to watch out for pedestrian traffic when entering or exiting the building.

For those who want earplugs, please come by the office to pick up a pair.

Water Off

On Tuesday, July 12th. the water for the building will be off from 9am to 4pm. We are installing a new domestic water booster pump for the building.

Fire Alarm Inspection

Our annual fire alarm inspection will be held from June 20th - June 22nd. Commercial Fire will be performing the inspection. We will need access into each unit to ensure that your fire equipment is operational. On these 3 days you will hear the horns and bells going off through out the day. If you have pet(s) you may want to secure them in another location since this is very loud.

Derby Day at The Madison

Join us Saturday, May 7th. at 5:00 in the clubroom for the Kentucky Derby Day here at The Madison. Please bring a snack to share and ladies don't forget to wear your "derby" hat.

Mad Dash to Dine

Please join us on Saturday, April 16th. for our "Mad Dash to Dine". We are going to Marchand's Bar & Grill located at the Vinoy Resort. Meet us in the garage at 5:30 to drive together or meet at Marchand's at 6:00. Hope to see you there.

Happy St. Patrick's Day

Please join us tonight in the clubroom beginning at 6:30 to celebrate St. Patrick's Day. We will be having corned beef and cabbage along with Irish coffee. Hope you to see you there.

Key Fobs are ready for pick up

The new card access system will change over on Tuesday, March 1st.

New key fobs are coming.....

On March 1st we will be activating the new key fobs to replace our card readers at various entrances. You will need to obtain your new key from from Kim in the office at 727-896-6588 or email at: madisonstpete2@yahoo.com

2011 Projects for The Madison

We are excited about our future projects we have for 2011. The projects we will be doing are the following:

• Replacement of water valves on the hot water heaters
• Updating the access/swipe card readers
• Updating the garage entrance gate access control system
• Waterproofing/painting of all staircases in the building

The waterproofing/painting of all staircases has started. The week of Feb. 1st. we will begin with the replacement of the water valves on the hot water heaters.

Happy Thanksgiving

The Madison at St. Pete II wishes each and everyone a Happy Thanksgiving. The office will be closed on Thursday and Friday and will re-open on Monday.

Don't forget about coming to our annual Thanksgiving Day Pot-Luck dinner in the clubroom. The fun and feast begins at 2:00.
