Paint Schedule for Week of March 29th.

The painters will be finishing up with the East Courtyard side on March 29th-31st. The East Courtyard balcony doors will be painted on Wednesday the 31st. Since the balcony doors open "out" you will not be required to leave your door unlocked.

All South Side Courtyard Units:
Pressure washing and painting will begin on Thursday, April 1st. Please see below things you need to do for preparation:

• Remove all window screens (if you do not remove your screens the painters are not responsible for any damage to the screens)
• Remove all items from your balcony
• Don't run your dryer (this will cause the lint to mark up the freshly painted walls of your balcony). If you have to do laundry make sure the walls on your balcony are dry to the touch (after 8PM should be okay)
