2011 Projects for The Madison

We are excited about our future projects we have for 2011. The projects we will be doing are the following:

• Replacement of water valves on the hot water heaters
• Updating the access/swipe card readers
• Updating the garage entrance gate access control system
• Waterproofing/painting of all staircases in the building

The waterproofing/painting of all staircases has started. The week of Feb. 1st. we will begin with the replacement of the water valves on the hot water heaters.
