Exterior Painting

Monday, March 8th. the paint contractor, Wilson, Kehoe & Miller will begin setting up for exterior painting of the building. The painters are going to begin in the inside of the courtyard by the town homes.

All residents facing the courtyard will be required to remove all items from their balconies. The window screens will also need to be removed by the residents for pressure washing of the building.

Notices will be posted in the elevators for residents to be alerted to the approximate time frame your portion of the building will be done.

The project is anticipated to take 3 months for completion.
